Job summary

University of Miami Health System (UHealth) is seeking a Full-Time Epic Principal Trainer - MST Build Specialist to lead Epic training for clinical staff in a complex care setting. You will design curricula, deliver classroom and online training, and ensure alignment with patient safety and workflow goals.

The role requires EpicCare Ambulatory certifications (preferred) and 3+ years in healthcare education, with strong communication and organizational skills for timely, accurate training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• EpicCare Ambulatory Certifications preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user training on Epic clinical systems and MST environment.
• Develop training plans, lesson plans, manuals, and e-learning modules.
• Lead training activities, simulations, and go-live support.
• Collaborate with analysts on training strategies and changes.
• Monitor training quality, schedule, and stakeholder needs.
• Support junior staff and manage training issues and data requests.
• Maintain knowledge of University policies and training operations.
• Participate in on-call scheduling and training maintenance.
