Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 10 years of analyst/system admin experience in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years analyst or system administration experience or 10 years of experience as an analyst or System Administrator in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary lead for assigned LIS area, including upgrades, optimization, and growth initiatives.
• Oversee application lifecycle management: planning, implementation, optimization, ongoing support.
• Coordinate and lead workgroups, track progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure alignment with clinical workflows and organizational goals; manage change control and governance.
