Responsibilities

• Manage the ongoing daily operations of University Health's Epic Link program.
• Collaborate with the department's management team in strategic planning, development and implementation of outreach and network development activities.
• Serve as a liaison between community providers and University Health for Epic Link operations.
• Identify areas in need of process improvement and support planning and evaluation efforts tailored to community providers.
• Develop procedures for monitoring, validating, and reconciling Epic Link program data for accuracy.
• Create customized reports based on analyses of data to monitor impact and program effectiveness
