UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas is seeking a Supervisor for Epic IT Revenue Cycle to lead a team of analysts supporting Epic Resolute Hospital Billing. You will oversee workload, priorities, and staff performance to ensure timely delivery.

You will provide technical oversight of HB workflow analysis, system configuration, testing, and implementation, collaborating with Revenue Cycle Operations and other IT teams to meet business needs and adhere to change control standards.

Responsibilities

• workload assignment, priority setting, staff development, performance management, escalation management, and accountability for timely completion of support requests and project deliverables.
• The Supervisor will provide technical oversight of HB workflow analysis, system configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing support.
• This role will partner with Revenue Cycle Operations and other IT teams to ensure system changes support business needs and follow established change control standards.
