Job summary

Yochana IT Solutions Inc. is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead for Epic integrations, overseeing end-to-end design, deployment, and optimization of Epic to third-party interfaces.

You will architect and maintain FHIR APIs, HL7 v2 interfaces, and EDI workflows, guiding cross-functional teams to secure and efficient data exchange. The role requires deep Epic Bridges, Interconnect, and interface engine experience, with strong REST/SOAP API, ETL, and healthcare EDI transaction knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in integration roles with HL7, FHIR APIs, EDI and data integration.
• Hands-on Epic Interface Analyst experience using Bridges, Interconnect, and at least one interface engine.
• Experience with Eligibility (270/271), 837, 835, and related healthcare transactions.
• Proficiency with REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, SQL, JDBC and vendor APIs.
• Knowledge of X12/EDIFACT standards and secure data exchange.
• Security knowledge including HIPAA, OAuth and SAML.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and implement Epic integrations with third-party systems.
• Architect, deploy, and maintain FHIR APIs, HL7 v2 interfaces, and EDI workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable integration solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end Epic integration initiatives from planning to deployment.
• Partner with vendors to optimize Epic integrations.
• Document interfaces and oversee testing (unit, integration, end-to-end).
