Qualifications

Five or more years of software engineering experience.
Proven hands-on experience building integrations with Epic healthcare systems.
Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR, HL7, and APIs.
Strong backend engineering skills and systems-level thinking.
Experience partnering directly with healthcare organizations and clients to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical and workflow challenges.
Effective communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
