Eon is seeking an experienced Integration Engineer to lead deep Epic EHR integrations and data pipelines within AWS environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure real-time data exchange and compliant healthcare workflows.

The role emphasizes knowledge of HL7/FHIR and Epic Vendor Services, with a focus on secure, scalable data integration and API development in a cloud-native setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of healthcare system integrations with Epic focus.
• Proficient in .NET (C#) development.
• Experience deploying integration solutions in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
• Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, CCD, and CDA standards.
• RESTful and SOAP API experience for enterprise data exchange.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain deep Epic EHR integrations with real-time data exchange.
• Implement HL7, FHIR, and Epic APIs across client environments.
• Manage Epic Vendor Services and collaborate with Epic TS teams.
• Collaborate with product managers and QA to deliver scalable solutions.
• Build and manage APIs, Epic Interconnect, and middleware for secure data transfer.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues to ensure uptime.
