• Act as primary end-user support contact for the application's end-users
• Guide workflow design, building, testing, and analysis of issues with Epic
• Identify and implement requested changes to the system and liaise with Epic staff
• Maintain regular communication with Epic representatives and project leadership
• Participate in training and documentation and support project deliverables
