You will support HCBO through expert reporting, analytics, and EPIC-related improvements, serving as a key content expert for finance reporting and EPIC Resolute upgrades.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or 4+ years in billing) and strong SQL/Reporting Workbench skills to drive KPI reporting and payer performance analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in a hospital billing operation.
• Experience with EPIC Resolute Billing/Claims certification or equivalent.
• Strong SQL and reporting tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide business support for reporting content and EPIC-related changes.
• Act as liaison between IT and HCBO for Epic issues and upgrades.
• Identify workflow improvements and build efficient processes.
• Create, maintain, and distribute key financial reports and KPI materials using SQL and reporting tools.
• Monitor workqueue volumes and audit rule configurations for gaps.
• Analyze payer performance, AR aging, denials, and KPI trends with HCBO team.
