Concero is seeking an Epic Analyst to support Hospital Billing applications with a focus on Home Health and Hospice services. You will partner with revenue cycle, operations, coding, compliance, finance, and IT to ensure stable performance and accurate billing workflows.

The role emphasizes ongoing application support, issue resolution, and system optimization to ensure compliant reimbursement in a live production environment.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of Epic Hospital Billing experience in a live production environment.
• Experience supporting Home Health and/or Hospice billing workflows.
• Ability to obtain Epic Hospital Billing certification within 6 months.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day support for Home Health and Hospice billing workflows.
• Respond to and resolve billing-related incidents and tickets.
• Troubleshoot claim rejections, billing edits, and reimbursement discrepancies.
• Escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Document and track resolved incidents.
