• 5+ years in technical project management, implementation management, or program management roles in healthcare.
• Hands-on experience delivering Epic EMR implementations or management.
• Experience with health plan, provider, risk adjustment, and/or quality programs.
• Background in health tech, healthcare SaaS, EHR/EMR vendors, or payer/provider IT/ops.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end project management for customer implementations from kickoff through go-live and stabilization.
• Lead large, multi-stakeholder health system/hospital deployments with phased rollouts.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, risk registers, and status reports.
• Proactively identify, elevate, and resolve blockers, dependencies, risks before impacts.
• Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, and steering committee reviews with stakeholders.
• Ensure all implementation deliverables meet Navina's quality standards and acceptance criteria.
• Manage scope changes and communicate impacts on timeline/resources to all parties.
