Job summary

The Jane Pauley Community Health Center, Inc in Indianapolis is seeking a Clinical Applications Analyst I to support Epic EMR and related systems. You will provide frontline IT support to clinical, non-clinical, and executive staff, assist with basic builds, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations of our EMR environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of EMR experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a clinical license (RN/LPN or CMA/RMA) if applicable.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience supporting EMR systems, preferably Epic.
• Basic understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with user access/security management in EMR systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to support diverse user groups.
• RN, LPN or CMA/RMA clinical license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 support for Epic applications, troubleshooting issues and tickets.
• Manage user accounts and access in accordance with policies.
• Analyze EMR workflows and resolve root causes.
• Assist with Epic builds, updates, and configuration changes.
• Support testing, validation, and documentation for workflows.
• Create and update training materials for system updates.
• Guide staff on Epic functionality and best practices.
• Collaborate with IT and operations to improve system performance.
• Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions.
• Assist with training as needed.
