Qualifications

• Primary course instructor for a variety of EHR courses (minimum 10 courses)
• Train Mayo Clinic employees on EHR functionality
• Assist with curriculum and end-user resource materials design and validation
• Understand Mayo Clinic workflows and teach to standard adult training expectations

Responsibilities

• Lead instructor-led Epic courses as assigned and credentialed
• Provide support as needed in the classroom, including elbow support when required
• Credential through internal processes and potentially coordinate with instructional designers
• Train and mentor other staff members as part of team development
