Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking an Epic EHR Builder Analyst to join our IT support team remotely. You will manage Epic user records, implement security protocols, and collaborate with application teams to deploy modules and enhance system functionality.

You should have Epic Security certification, RBAC and identity governance knowledge, and strong documentation and communication skills. Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• Certification in Epic Security is required.
• Experience with Epic Application template build is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Role Based Access Controls (RBAC) and identity governance.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of Epic user records, including creation, modification, and inactivation.
• Develop, test, and implement security protocols to safeguard electronic health records.
• Collaborate with application teams to deploy new modules, update security classes, and enhance system functionality.
• Troubleshoot security and workflow issues independently or with cross-functional teams.
• Generate reports and perform data analysis to support system optimization and compliance.
