Job summary

QMMS USA LLC, representing ENT and Allergy Associates, is looking for a dedicated IT Field Technician for our Long Island offices. This full-time role focuses on providing technical support for end-user devices and ensuring effective implementation of Epic EHR systems.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supporting PC systems and peripherals, a solid technical background in healthcare IT, and a commitment to enhancing user experience across all locations. Benefits include medical insurance, 401(k), and flexible spending accounts.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in a multi-site environment.
• CompTIA A+ Certification preferred; Network+ or equivalent is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support across remote locations.
• Perform desktop-level fixes including software installation and upgrades.
• Coordinate deployment and testing of hardware in line with Epic timelines.
• Maintain up-to-date records in the ITSM/asset management platform.
