Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in adult education, training and development, HR, medical or related field.
• 3–5 years of related training experience required.
• Master's degree in education, instructional design or related field preferred.
• Epic knowledge or experience preferred; Epic analyst certification within 6 months.
• Proficiency in productivity software, web-based authoring systems, graphics, multimedia.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement courses (asynchronous, synchronous, virtual and in person).
• Develop education curriculum and translate content to new delivery formats.
• Maintain resources, courses and materials; build through Epic quarterly upgrades.
• Collaborate with Epic teams to align training with production environments.
• Credentialing of trainers and oversight of training materials and outputs.
