As Healthcare Technical Consulting Director on the Healthcare Digital Transformational Solutions (HDTx) team, you will guide end-to-end engagements, align Epic implementations with client strategies, and advise C-level executives on transformative initiatives to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Current Epic Certification in core area with extensive product knowledge.
• 10+ years’ experience providing Epic consulting in hospitals and large health systems.
• Project management experience and Epic implementations.
• Ability to build strategic partnerships with client stakeholders and identify business development opportunities.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client engagements from strategy development to solution implementation with alignment to regulatory requirements.
• Manage project teams, providing guidance and quality assurance to deliver on time and budget.
• Serve as trusted advisor to C-level executives, guiding digital transformation initiatives via Epic systems.
• Develop and implement industry best practices for EHR management and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with consultants and client personnel to identify, quantify, implement and measure process improvements.
• Design and execute change management plans to ensure adoption of new technologies and workflows.
• Deliver solutions tailored to client needs to maximize impact and accessibility.
