Job summary

BJC HealthCare (New) is seeking an EHR Credentialed Trainer to deliver Epic training for Labor and Delivery and Inpatient Clinical Documentation. This remote role requires candidates located in MO or IL with a background in teaching or training.

The Trainer will set up classes, administer proficiency assessments, and ensure quality in a virtual environment using the BJC LMS. Epic credentialing is expected within six weeks of hire as part of the Epic1 team.

Qualifications

• Requires teaching or training background.
• Epic credentialing and certification required or passing within 6 weeks of hire.
• Experience with Epic training environments and LMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Epic end-user training in virtual classrooms.
• Set up training classes and manage scheduling in the LMS.
• Deliver approved Epic1 curriculum and assess learner performance.
• Design and maintain training materials and environments for Epic1.
• Tailor training delivery to diverse learner needs and ensure learning objectives are met.
• Collaborate on curriculum development for Epic specialist areas.
