Job summary

Salinas Valley Health is seeking an EPIC Associate to provide on-site support for the Epic EHR system in Salinas, CA. Under the Epic Application Manager, you will assist with builds, configurations, workflow design, testing, and MyChart patient support.

The role requires Epic proficiency, 1 year of EHR support, and familiarity with Epic modules. A high school diploma or GED is required, with an Associate degree preferred. This is a day-shift, full-time position with hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• 1 year of electronic health record systems support required; Epic experience preferred.
• Experience with Epic modules such as HIM, Ambulatory, Orders, Clinical Documentation, MyChart and more is desired.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary support for MyChart patient support calls.
• Secondary end-user support for Epic EHR.
• Collaborate with Epic Analysts to design workflows and perform builds, testing and troubleshooting.
• Assist with training program development and end-user curriculum content.
• Ensure changes follow change control procedures and document build plans.
