Job summary

Health Data Movers in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking an experienced Epic Cupid Principal Trainer for a 9-month engagement August 2026 to April 2027, with a 50/50 hybrid onsite work arrangement. You will design training curricula, build the Master Training Environment, and lead go-live education across cardiology workflows.

Preferred candidates hold Epic Cupid certification and related Epic credentials, with 5+ years of training experience and strong communication skills to train

Qualifications

• Experience building and supporting Epic Master Training Environments (MST).
• Strong understanding of cardiology workflows.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills for working with clinical end users and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and support the Epic Cupid Master Training Environment (MST).
• Develop role-based Cupid curriculum and training materials tailored to cardiology workflows.
• Deliver end-user, Super User, and Train-the-Trainer education.
• Partner with clinical stakeholders to align training content with real-world cardiology workflows.
• Provide go-live and at-the-elbow support, troubleshooting Cupid workflow issues in real time.
• Maintain training documentation and adhere to client change control processes.

Role Description: Health Data Movers (HDM) is looking for an experienced Epic Cupid Principal Trainer to support training design, Master Training Environment build, and go-live education for our client's Epic Cupid implementation, from curriculum development through go-live and at-the-elbow support.

What You'll Do

• Build and support the Epic Cupid Master Training Environment (MST)
• Develop role-based Cupid curriculum and training materials tailored to cardiology workflows
• Deliver end-user, Super User, and Train-the-Trainer education
• Partner with clinical stakeholders to align training content with real-world cardiology workflows
• Provide go-live and at-the-elbow support, troubleshooting Cupid workflow issues in real time
• Maintain training documentation and adhere to client change control processes

Required Experience

• 5+ years of Epic training or clinical applications experience
• Experience building and supporting Epic Master Training Environments (MST)
• Strong understanding of cardiology workflows
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills for working with clinical end users and IT teams

Preferred Experience

• Epic Cupid certification specifically, in addition to Principal Trainer certification
• Additional Epic certifications (Willow, Radiant, ClinDoc, etc.)
• Prior clinical background (RN, cardiology tech, etc.)
• Experience with multiple go-lives or multi-site rollouts
