Job summary

elariaà seeks an experienced Epic Clarity Report Writer to support the Phase 2 project, designing and delivering required Clarity reports and templates. You will collaborate with the project team and report consumers to ensure accurate delivery.

The role requires strong knowledge of Epic Clarity, data structures, and reporting workbench concepts, plus excellent communication to meet deadlines and provide ongoing support, with onsite work in Palo Alto as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with EMR or information systems workflows and regulatory needs.
• Knowledge of Epic Clarity reports and reporting workbench concepts.
• Familiarity with Epic data structures and extracting smartform data.
• Strong communication with report users and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Job Title: EPIC CRM Clarity Report Writing Position

Job Description

Role supports the Epic CRM Phase 2 Project: Reports to: Director of Ambulatory Systems and Services

• Work with the Epic CRM Phase 2 project team's analysis to design and create required Clarity Reports.
• This role extends beyond the end of Fiscal Year 2013 to ensure proper support for the Clarity reports. This task may include alterations to the initial products and the creation of additional reports if necessary.
• Requires excellent experience in developing Epic Clarity reports and reporting workbench report templates.
• Familiarity with Epic data structures and extracting smartform data.
• Prior experience with Epic CRM is a plus.
• Must participate in regular communication (meetings, calls) with business administrators and users of the analytical data.
• Role will involve support and development. Must demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to successfully address reporting needs directly with report consumers.
• Must meet all deadlines and demonstrate the ability to manage his/her own workload.
• Work onsite in Palo Alto intermittently.

Experience

• Previous management experience preferred
• 1-2 years experience in specific area of expertise; content expertise in understanding and knowledge of workflows, policies and procedures, patient interface, if applicable, non-clinical/clinical business objectives, regulatory requirements and industry best practices or relevant coursework / degree as it relates to Information Systems or EMR. 3-5 years preferred
