Job summary

CTG in San Mateo, CA, seeks an Epic Cogito Analyst to support reporting and documentation compliance across Epic applications. You will partner with clinical and technical teams to analyze workflows and deliver reliable reporting solutions, dashboards, and data extracts.

Strong communication skills and healthcare IT experience are essential. Responsibilities include designing and validating reports, improving data accuracy, and recommending workflow enhancements for patient documentation

Qualifications

Epic Cogito Certification is required.
Experience with Epic Reporting Workbench and Clarity.
Strong SQL development and data analysis skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into reporting solutions.
Experience working in healthcare IT and Epic environments.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Epic reporting solutions to support documentation and compliance requirements.
Analyze reporting needs and build reports, dashboards, and data extracts using Reporting Workbench, Clarity, and SQL.
Collaborate with operational and clinical stakeholders to identify reporting opportunities and improve data accuracy.
Validate and troubleshoot reporting results, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
Provide recommendations for workflow and reporting enhancements related to patient documentation processes.
