The role requires 8+ years in IT with 5 years in hospital settings, Epic project lead experience, and dual clinical-IT collaboration skills. On-call duty and telecommuting options are available as part of a broad IT strategy.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems / Clinical Informatics or 4 years IT experience in healthcare.
• Certification for at least one Epic Clinical Application; ASAP certification required.
• 8+ years IT experience; 5 years in hospital healthcare organizations.
• 2+ years Epic project and/or Epic team lead experience.
• Strong communication, verbal and written skills; public speaking ability.
• Advanced skills in analytics, design, research and statistics.

Responsabilidades

• The Epic Clinical Systems Lead Analyst ensures operational interests are represented in IS daily operations.
• Supports Epic Clinical applications deployed within the Harris Health System.
• Collaborates with clinical and IT teams to optimize workflows and EMR usage.
• Leads Epic projects and teams, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
