University of Miami seeks a Clinical Informatics Pharmacist to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of pharmacy clinical information systems, including Epic Beacon, Willow, order management, automation, CPOE, IV compounding, barcode, and supply chain systems.

This role partners closely with the Epic IT team to translate clinical requirements into system functionality and improve safe medication-use processes across the enterprise.

Qualificações

• PharmD degree with active license to practice pharmacy.
• Experience with clinical information systems and hospital technology.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as liaison between Pharmacy, Epic, vendors, and clinical stakeholders to support operational and clinical needs.
• Lead design, analysis, configuration, and optimization of pharmacy applications including Epic Beacon, Willow, CPOE, IV, and related systems.
• Gather requirements, define workflows, and translate clinical needs into system functionality.
• Oversee governance of order sets, protocols, and clinical content with evidence-based practice.
• Direct system build, testing, upgrades, go-live support, and issue resolution.
• Facilitate governance and workgroups to prioritize enhancements and timelines.
