Job summary

The Ohio State University is seeking a Clinical Applications Pharmacist to support the Compass Rose module within the Epic EMR, focusing on accuracy of medication information and system optimization across inpatient and outpatient pharmacy operations.

You will design, test, train, and maintain clinical systems, working with pharmacy informatics and operations to enhance workflows and documentation templates. A strong foundation in pharmacy and informatics is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy and Pharmacist licensure.
Experience with Epic EMR and clinical system configuration is helpful.
Strong communication and collaboration with pharmacists, clinicians, and operations.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, test, train, maintain and support Compass Rose/EPIC clinical systems for medication management.
Develop and optimize workflows, enrollments, care plans, and documentation templates.
Collaborate with pharmacy informatics and operational stakeholders to implement system enhancements.
