Cottage Health seeks an Epic Clinical Analyst Sr for their CH Administration department responsible for under minimal supervision to analyze, configure, develop, test, implement, support and maintain Epic clinical applications, solutions and business processes to meet operational and technical requirements. Obtains and maintains in depth knowledge of software functionality and acquires and utilizes knowledge of operational workflows to be implemented.
We are seeking an experienced Epic Healthy Planet/Cheers/Ambulatory Analyst as we transform patient care - driving population health, value‑based care, and care gap closure. You will build and optimize registries, dashboards, and risk‑scoring models to empower clinicians with actionable insights and improve community health outcomes.

Pay for non‑physician positions is determined based on related years of experience and internal equity. Eligible employees may also receive additional forms of compensation, including shift differentials, on‑call pay, incentive pay, and bonus opportunities, where applicable. Manager and above positions may participate in Cottage Health’s annual management incentive program. Physician compensation is determined based upon specialty and may include bonus potential.
