Job summary

Medisys Health Network, Inc. is seeking an Epic System Clindoc Analyst for a full-time/salaried-hybrid role based in Hicksville, Long Island. You will develop, build, implement and maintain Epic Care Clinical applications, and coordinate with SMEs and cross-functional teams.

You will also train staff, generate analytical reports for Jamaica and Flushing hospitals, manage change control, troubleshoot issues, and participate in upgrades with Epic and IT staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Clinical lab experience and/or knowledge of EPIC build preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, build, implement and maintain all Epic Care Clinical applications.
• Collaborate with disciplines to develop, build, integrate, implement and maintain all Epic Care Clinical applications.
• Coordinate with SMEs and participate in core group meetings.
• Assist in training related staff in Epic Care Clinical applications.
• Compile analytical reports for Jamaica, Flushing hospitals.
• Configure and create new records.
• Responsible for Change Control and Security Change Control.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues reported by users.
• Assist MediSys users with issues regarding workbench reports.
• Provide tip sheets and guidance for Epic Support Desk and training.
• Review Nova notes, build, test and validate new upgrades and enhancements.
• Responsible for unit testing and integrated testing for upgrades.
• Work with Epic TS to resolve application issues.
