Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Epic Clindoc certification is required.
• 1–3 years of relevant Epic IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Implements and provides ongoing support for Epic IT solutions.
• Analyzes and documents complex use cases and workflows.
• Configures, tests, installs, and maintains Epic applications.
• Troubleshoots moderately complex application-related issues, using guidelines and prior experience.
• Collaborates with clinicians, administrators, and IT teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Participates in testing and validation of system upgrades and ongoing optimization.
• Conducts thorough testing of system changes to ensure seamless integration.
