Saint Francis Connect, LLC is seeking an Epic-certified Application Analyst to design, build, test, and support Epic modules for Community Connect customers. The role requires maintaining Epic certification, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams, with travel for Epic training.

Qualifications

• Epic certification obtained and maintained in assigned module(s).
• 1 year of related experience; Epic ops experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; capable of independent and team work.

Responsabilités

• Obtain and maintain in-depth knowledge of Epic workflows and functional capabilities.
• Assist in future state workflow review and system build to support new processes.
• Collaborate with vendors, project teams, and end users to design effective solutions.
• Provide tier-2 support for Epic application incidents via help desk and maintain documentation.
