ProMedica is seeking an IT Epic ClinDoc Analyst to design, implement, and support clinical software applications. You will mentor junior IT EMR staff and plan upgrades with testing and documentation.

You will train IT employees and advise end-users on system operation, ensuring high-quality changes. The role emphasizes remote work with a focus on Epic ClinDoc and Clinical Case Management certification within 90 days.

Formación

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Must achieve Epic ClinDoc and Clinical Case Management certification within 90 days of completing the first Epic class.
• Must be within 150-mile radius of Toledo, Ohio 43604.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, maintain and support assigned software applications.
• Serve as a mentor for less experienced IT EMR staff.
• Plan implementation and upgrade of clinical systems with testing, QA and documentation.
• Train IT employees and advise end-users on system operation.
