Hennepin Healthcare is an integrated system of care that includes HCMC, a nationally recognized Level I Adult Trauma Center and Level I Pediatric Trauma Center and acute care hospital, as well as a clinic system with primary care clinics located in Minneapolis and across Hennepin County. SUMMARY:
Seeking an experienced Epic Client Systems Administrator to manage, support, and optimize the Epic infrastructure, ensuring seamless performance, reliability, and security across our healthcare environment. This full-time role will work days. Open to remote work.
Purpose of this position: Under limited supervision, this job is responsible for management of servers running InterSystems and Epic software. This position understands how Epic software is managed at the system level and how issues relate to the monitoring of database growth, copying Epic environments and system basics such as printing and user access. Conducts regular day-to-day communication with the organization’s Application teams. Responsible for developing and documenting the standard internal database procedures that will be used in conjunction with Epic applications.
