Systems Administrator - TS/SCI Clearance Required

cFocus Software seeks a Systems Administrator to join our program supporting Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). This position is remote and requires an active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• 3-5 years of relevant experience as a systems administrator within the AWS environment
• 3-5 years of practical experience with Windows Server, Systems Center, and Active Directory
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Duties:

• Maintain uptime of all applications and manage all Fleet H.O.M.E. software and related infrastructure
• Monitor system performance and provide technical support for issue resolution
• Ensure security and efficiency of the Fleet H.O.M.E. architecture
• Support the setup and maintenance of cloud infrastructure supporting the Fleet H.O.M.E. application
• Manage all aspects of the Fleet H.O.M.E. operating systems, including user access permissions
• Assist in installing cloud-based applications according to OAFM specifications
• Support DHS efforts to protect Fleet H.O.M.E. from data breaches and cybersecurity threats
• Update security protocols for the Fleet H.O.M.E. application
• Troubleshoot issues related to the Fleet H.O.M.E. application
