Job summary

Ellit Groups in the United States is seeking an experienced Epic Cadence/Prelude Prior Authorization and Referrals Analyst to support patient access and revenue cycle initiatives. The role focuses on design, build, testing, implementation, and optimization of Epic workflows for scheduling, registration, referrals, prior authorization, and financial assistance.

Qualifications

• Active Epic Cadence certification.
• Active Epic Prelude certification.
• Hands-on experience with the Epic Financial Assistance module.
• Experience with Epic prior authorization and referral workflows.
• Experience with Epic application build, configuration, testing, implementation, optimization, and production support.
• Strong understanding of patient access, scheduling, registration, insurance verification, referrals, and authorization processes.
• Experience building and maintaining workqueues for patient access, referrals, appointments, or authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, implement, and maintain Epic Cadence and Prelude functionality.
• Support Epic workflows for scheduling, registration, referrals, prior authorization, and financial assistance.
• Analyze current patient access and revenue cycle workflows for improvements.
• Configure and optimize referral and authorization workflows and related workqueues.
• Support processing of prior authorizations and associated documentation.
• Build and maintain related workqueues and testing artifacts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and document specifications.
• Translate requirements into Epic configurations and test scripts.
• Coordinate system changes with Epic teams and revenue cycle applications.
• Provide knowledge transfer and guidance to internal analysts.
