Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Cadence, Prelude, and Grand Central applications.

• Perform system build, testing, validation, and documentation for upgrades and enhancement projects.
• Support incident resolution, root cause analysis, and workflow troubleshooting.
• Participate in integrated testing, go-live support, and end-user training activities.
• Ensure adherence to Epic standards, change management processes, and organizational policies.
