Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience providing systems analysis support.
• Healthcare environments experience preferred.
• Cadence certification (required); Referral and Prelude certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems analysis and support through customer service needs, system design, data queries, and reports.
• Provide effective user training, troubleshoots system issues, and performs systems maintenance as needed.
• Lead development of systems, build vendor relationships, minimize outages, and promote fiscal responsibility.
• Apply project management principles to cross-functional projects with defined scope, development, reporting, and execution plans.
• Develop, implement, and maintain systems following policies, protect confidential information, conduct audits, and maintain secure resources.
• Provide leadership, mentor staff, and foster a professional team environment.
