Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Epic Business Analyst to support integration efforts across multiple Epic modules including Prelude, Beaker, and CRM. This role requires a strong understanding of Epic workflows and the ability to collaborate closely with developers, stakeholders, and clinical/business teams to gather, analyze, and translate requirements.

The ideal candidate must have active Epic access from Day 1 and be capable of driving discussions, facilitating solution design, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between business users and the development team for Epic-related integrations.
• Collaborate with developers to define and document functional requirements for custom development across Epic modules.
• Lead requirement gathering, workflow analysis, and gap analysis sessions.
• Work across modules such as Prelude (registration/scheduling), Beaker (laboratory), and Epic CRM (customer relationship management).
• Validate and test Epic configurations and customizations to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Maintain documentation and support go-live and post-production activities.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Epic implementation and integration projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Epic Prelude, Beaker, and CRM modules.
• Must have Epic access from Day 1.
• Strong experience working with technical teams and developers on Epic Interconnect or other integration technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
