Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of healthcare IT experience in IT, applications, or integrations.
• 1 year of experience with systems analysis, interface troubleshooting, testing, and documentation.
• Experience with Epic implementations, upgrades, or large-scale healthcare technology projects preferred.
• Experience with Cloverleaf, Mirth Connect, or Rhapsody interface engines preferred.
• 1 year of experience with SQL, data analysis, and database concepts preferred.
• Experience supporting clinical, revenue cycle, lab, radiology, or third-party system integrations preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or four years of directly related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Epic certification or ability to attain Epic certification within defined timeframe preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs, builds, configures, tests, implements, and maintains Epic Bridges interfaces and interoperability solutions.
• Designs and supports HL7, FHIR, API, X12, DICOM, and other healthcare interoperability solutions.
• Provides advanced support, monitors queues and troubleshoots interface failures and data issues.
• Develops and executes unit, system, interface, and integration testing plans and creates test scripts.
• Participates in Epic implementations, upgrades, and go-live activities.
• Ensures compliance with privacy, security, and regulatory requirements and maintains documentation.
