Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking an Epic Bridges Analyst III to serve as the primary architect and SME for the interoperability landscape. The role leads complex interfaces, guides project lifecycles, and mentors other analysts to ensure KPI uptime for mission-critical data exchanges.

The ideal candidate has extensive Epic Bridges experience, HL7/FHIR/EDI/XML proficiency, and healthcare sector background.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Epic Bridges build and support experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in HL7 (v2/v3), FHIR, EDI (X12), and XML.
• Healthcare industry experience

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of complex interfaces, including bidirectional integrations, FHIR APIs, and cloud services.
• Drive interface project lifecycle for enterprise initiatives such as new hospital acquisitions.
• Serve as escalation point for Cloverleaf/Bridges errors; perform root-cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain the Master Interface Spreadsheet and naming conventions; establish error-handling best practices.
• Liaise between clinical leadership, vendors, and the Epic TC.
• Conduct peer code reviews for Level I and II Analysts to ensure quality and security.
