Job summary

ClinDCast, LLC is seeking an Epic Bridge Analyst to design, build, test, implement, and support Epic Bridges interfaces that enable secure data exchange across clinical and administrative systems.

You will work with Epic, HL7, X12, and API interfaces, coordinate with vendors and end users, perform testing, monitor performance, and ensure HIPAA compliance and data integrity while maintaining documentation and on-call support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Epic Bridges certification or ability to obtain within defined timeframe.
• Experience with HL7 messaging (ADT, ORM, ORU, SIU, etc.).
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and data exchange.
• Experience supporting production healthcare IT systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Epic Bridges interfaces (HL7, X12, APIs).
• Analyze interface requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Configure and support Interface Monitor, Bridges Admin, and related tools.
• Troubleshoot interface errors, message failures, and data inconsistencies.
• Perform unit, integrated, and end-to-end testing of interfaces.
• Monitor interface performance and ensure uptime and data integrity.
• Coordinate interface changes with Epic upgrades and third-party vendors.
• Document interface specifications, workflows, and support procedures.
• Provide on-call or after-hours support as needed.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and organizational security standards.
