Job summary

OKCIC in Oklahoma City is seeking an experienced Epic BI Developer to design and deliver reporting, dashboards, and analytics that empower leaders to make informed decisions.

You will work with clinical, operational, financial, and executive teams to transform complex healthcare data into actionable insights, support regulatory reporting, and improve organizational performance. The ideal candidate will maintain data security, optimize performance, and train end users on self-service tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of healthcare analytics or BI experience.
Active Epic certification relevant to Cogito reporting.
Experience with Epic Cogito tools (Clarity, Caboodle, Radar, etc.).

Responsibilities

Design and deliver Epic BI reports, dashboards, and analytics.
Collaborate with clinical, operational, financial, and executive leaders.
Transform complex healthcare data into actionable insights for decision-making.
Monitor data quality, security, and performance of reporting solutions.
Provide end-user training and support for self-service dashboards.
