Job summary

Ellit Groups is seeking an experienced Epic Beaker Project Manager to lead operational activities for an Epic Beaker Anatomic Pathology implementation. You will coordinate with regional leaders, informatics, training, and hardware teams to ensure readiness and milestone achievement.

The role emphasizes clinical informatics, training readiness, hardware coordination, and stakeholder engagement to enable a successful go-live and stabilized operations post-implementation.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Epic Beaker implementations.
• Experience coordinating clinical informatics and training workstreams.
• Strong understanding of laboratory operations and clinical workflows.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams without direct Epic build management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational project management activities for the Epic Beaker AP implementation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and status reporting.
• Coordinate clinical informatics activities and ensure operational workflows are represented throughout the project.
• Manage the training workstream, including planning, scheduling, readiness tracking, and issue resolution.
• Oversee hardware workstream planning, deployment, and readiness across regions.
• Coordinate project meetings with regional leaders, clinical representatives, and stakeholders.
• Document decisions, track actions, and follow up with owners.
• Facilitate cross-team communication among operations, clinical, informatics, training, and technical groups.
• Identify risks, escalations, and resource needs to project leadership.
• Monitor dependencies between operational workstreams and the Epic Beaker build team.
• Support workflow validation, training readiness, and go-live planning.
