Job summary

Collabera is seeking an Epic Beaker CP Application Coordinator for an 18-month remote contract with up to 10% travel. The ideal candidate holds an active Epic Beaker CP certification with hands-on CP implementation experience in large hospital systems.

You will lead requirements sessions, manage a CP build stream, and collaborate with laboratory, physician, and executive stakeholders to drive successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Active Epic Beaker CP certification with hands-on CP implementation experience.
• Beaker CP implementation experience in large, complex hospital systems (2+ deployments preferred).
• Ability to independently lead requirements sessions and manage a build stream.

Job description

Position Title: Epic Beaker CP Application Coordinator

Duration: 18 months with high possibility of extension/conversion.

Location: Remote (up to 10% travel required).

Payrate: $90-95/hr

MUST HAVES

• Active Epic Beaker CP certification with hands-on CP implementation/build experience; certification without CP implementation experience is not sufficient.
• Strong experience implementing Beaker CP within large, complex hospital systems, ideally across 2+ hospital-system deployments; one may be considered if it was a sufficiently large and complex environment.
• Ability to independently lead requirements sessions, actively uncover requirements, and manage a build workstream without significant oversight.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the confidence to work directly with laboratory, physician, and executive-level stakeholders.
• Collaborative and adaptable approach: able to bring prior experience and challenge decisions constructively, while moving forward once the team reaches a decision.
