Accenture is seeking an experienced Epic Beaker Clinical Pathology Analyst to support healthcare IT initiatives in a multi-site environment, including Columbus, OH. The role emphasizes documenting workflows, defining requirements, and collaborating with project teams to ensure successful Epic Beaker implementations.

The candidate should hold Epic Beaker certification with 2+ years in Clinical Pathology analysis, and possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Healthcare IT in an Epic Beaker Clinical Pathology Analyst role.
• Experience and certification in Epic Beaker Clinical Pathology.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, 12 years (or 6 years with Associate Degree).

Responsabilités

• Document current state business workflows.
• Assist design of new business workflows.
• Define detailed product requirements and use cases.
• Input into high level functional specifications.
• Collaborate with PMs, architects, BAs to define metrics.
• Translate requirements and use cases to test conditions and results.
• Support QA reviews of design and performance.
• Assist in system configuration and integration testing.
• Serve as intermediary with client's Epic team and Accenture leads.
• Develop and document data requests and mapping.
• Other duties including implementation, optimization, and support.
