The role emphasizes governance, security, and data integrity, with collaboration across Epic, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office, 2 days work-from-home) and may be based in Secaucus, NJ or Schaumburg, IL, with travel up to 25%

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Epic Beaker or comparable LIS leadership.
• 5+ years managing teams or large initiatives.
• Experience with healthcare mergers and acquisitions.
• Deep understanding of laboratory operations and order-to-cash workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of Epic Beaker Analysts (Levels 1-4).
• Oversee configuration, optimization, and integration efforts with established timelines.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure Beaker remains scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise goals.
• Define measurable success criteria - accuracy, turnaround time, billing integrity, and user satisfaction.
