Job summary

The Application Analyst at Duke Health Technology Solutions is responsible for the development, deployment, post-implementation support, and testing of the Maestro Beaker module within the Epic EHR for the Duke Health System.

The role requires Epic Beaker certification or the ability to obtain it, strong analytical and training skills, and collaboration with Epic teams to ensure secure, efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent technical experience.
• Epic Beaker certification required within the defined timeline.
• Experience with healthcare IT applications and Beaker/Epic environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and support Maestro Care Beaker module within Epic EHR.
• Interpret clinical workflows and support Beaker end users in the Duke Health System.
• Provide education, training, and knowledge transfer to users and staff.
• Maintain security, update test plans, and collaborate with Epic teams.
