Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (4) years of experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of IT experience (6 years if no degree) and/or 2 years of Clinical experience (6 years if no degree).
• Strong documentation practices and independent time management.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative work style.
• Proficient in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Installs/upgrades applications and configures settings; validates work of junior staff.
• Coordinates end-user support activities and attends meetings.
• Provides go-live support and tests system modifications.
• Documents testing outcomes and maintains system documentation.
• Performs on-call support and pursues process improvements.
• Lifts 20 lbs. and stands 4 hours daily as required.
