Job summary

Jackson Memorial Hospital, part of Jackson Health System in Miami, seeks an Epic Analyst 2 to support Epic modules with build, configuration, testing, and day-to-day operations. You will translate clinical and business requirements into efficient system solutions, ensuring workflow efficiency, regulatory compliance, and patient care.

The role requires 4–6 years of healthcare IT experience, Epic certification, and a High School diploma (Bachelor's preferred).

Qualifications

• Epic certification in assigned specialty area is required.
• 4–6 years of experience in healthcare IT or related field.
• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, test, and support Epic modules.
• Perform moderate-complexity builds, configurations, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot routine to moderately complex issues and manage tickets.
• Collaborate with clinical/operational stakeholders to translate needs into solutions.
• Develop and execute test scripts (unit, integration, UAT) and support upgrades.
• Maintain build docs, workflow diagrams, and change control records.
