Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking an Epic Beacon Analyst II to support the Epic EHR system across the health system. You will configure Epic applications, collaborate with clinical and operational teams, and lead testing and training during implementations and upgrades.

Responsibilities include providing second-line support, leading IT and clinical/business system initiatives, and ensuring builds align with workflows and standards. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience required.
3-5 years of relevant IIS, clinical experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Epic Certification: Certification in one or more Epic modules is highly desirable.
Beacon certification highly desirable.
For IIS candidates: experience in systems integration, data management, healthcare IT, and workflow automation.
For Clinical candidates: hands-on clinical experience with deep understanding of clinical workflows.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate user needs into system functionality.
Knowledge of healthcare business processes and technology.
