Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking an Epic I&T professional to provide daily operational support for Epic modules, coordinate upgrades, and mentor junior analysts. You will lead planning, testing, and release activities to ensure smooth system performance across care settings.

The role emphasizes collaboration with I&T leadership, vendors, and internal teams to implement large-scale projects, expand connections to Epic, and deliver data-driven insights for executives.

Qualifications

• Epic Certification in Beacon is required.
• Experience with SQL, HL7, X12 and healthcare data interfaces.
• Experience in healthcare I&T with Epic systems upgrades and testing.

Responsibilities

• Daily operational support and system updates across Epic modules (40%).
• Own I&T projects: planning, testing scripts, release notes, and workflow changes (40%).
• Mentor Epic analysts and coordinate issue resolution for complex errors.
• Collaborate with I&T staff, leadership, vendors, and new applications to evaluate systems and drive implementations.

Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives.
