Duly Health and Care in Saint Petersburg, FL seeks an experienced IT analyst to provide daily operational support across Epic modules, lead upgrades, and coordinate system changes. The role focuses on Beacon certification, workflow design, and problem resolution in a collaborative, physician-led environment.
You will mentor teams, prepare data reports for executives, and drive enhancements to improve care delivery while coordinating with I&T and management on strategic initiatives.

Daily operational support and system updates (40%). I&T ownership of 3 or more Epic Modules or related Application Systems. Utilize PM skills for leading the planning, test scripts updates, review of release notes, testing workflow and build changes for upgrades. Mentor and coach Epic analysis on problem and resolution efforts. Provide On Call Support. Project projects which include supporting system enhancements/new features, enhanced workflow design and optimization (40%). Investigate complex system errors and/or failures and coordinate resolution of the issues. Collaborate. Communicate with I&T and management staff in the evaluation and selection of prospective I&T systems that support or are bolt-on to the. Lead efforts and initiatives to establish new connections to Epic for vendors, downstream systems or new applications. Organize and prepare data from Epic and other systems to create reports geared towards executives. Proactive in identifying future business needs requirements. Coordinate and contribute effectively to the implementation of large scale I&T projects.

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $85,616 - $128,000, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
